We offer molten aluminum products tailored for customers whose end products demand stringent specifications, such as the minimization of porosity in post-formed parts and the elimination of impurities that can cause issues in machining and planarization processes. Furthermore, our products are suitable for high-pressure applications such as engine and transmission systems. To ensure the quality of our molten aluminum and prevent any contamination, we utilize a closed-container system during packaging and transportation, maintaining controlled conditions and minimizing exposure to external air. This system also enables delivery directly to our customers' furnaces.
Moreover, by supplying molten aluminum, we contribute to a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions. The avoidance of melting one ton of aluminum ingots results in a reduction of 166 kilograms of carbon dioxide emissions. This approach aligns with and supports sustainability initiatives.
